This holiday season, Lux brought the magic of Christmas to life for Molton Brown's 2023 Christmas campaign. Working alongside motion control specialists MRMOCO and visual effects experts MACHINESHOP, our production team captured the sparkling magic of Christmas in stunning 1000fps slow motion. From sparkling glitter explosions to delicately showcasing Molton Brown's special Christmas recipes, we meticulously captured everything in-camera, creating these stunning visual assets that highlight Molton Brown's festive offerings.

Lux was commissioned by Spanish creative agency LOLA MullenLowe to shoot these iconic images for the inimitable Magnum Double Sea Salt Caramel.

This project required every ounce of Lux’s many years of experience in refined product lighting, technical photographic ability and masterful retouching skills.

Commissioned by the team at the Imagine Neverland agency, Lux shot a wide range of video assets covering most of Kopparberg’s iconic product range. This series of films was created to promote their cold-weather offerings. This cosy bar setup was constructed here in our East London studio and lit by one of our expert D.o.Ps to create the inviting and warm vibe required by the client. Our highly experienced crew pulled-out all of the stops with their slow-motion camera operating skills and camera motion control equipment to create a variety of exciting shots. All woven together by our creative post production team who delivered the final set of films tightly edited to the clients desired backing track. The films were delivered in mobile 9x16 ratio, so are presented below running in parallel to maintain a landscape format for display here.

Lux has had the privilege to shoot for Marks & Spencer over the last couple of years, specifically, the packaging of all of their chocolate & confectionery range. We used our expertise to craft visually enticing imagery tailored to their unique packaging requirements.

Our most recent project with them, which truly indulged the senses, involved capturing the irresistible "Outrageously Chocolatey Biscuits." Shot by our head photographer Lee Pattison and in close collaboration with talented food stylist Maud Eden, we embarked on a mouthwatering journey to capture these exquisite biscuits.

Utilising a wide-angle lens for a little bit of extra drama.

We recently collaborated with Plenish, Head of Content and Communications Michelle Jones and food stylist Seiko Hatfield to create captivating visuals for the launch of the brand's new juice shots, Mango Sunshine and Beet Balance. Our goal was to highlight the vibrant, fresh ingredients and the vitality these shots bring. The project featured eye-catching fruit towers styled by Seiko, showcasing the refreshing appeal and health benefits of the new shots. Shot on 6K cine cameras and working with a crew from Mark Roberts Motion Control; we were able to combine the highest quality footage with the most dynamic camera movements to deliver these stunning and attention-grabbing festive Christmas advertisements.

Our passionate team, including styling & sourcing virtuoso Kate French, meticulously designed a lush, greenhouse-like garden set teeming with exquisite plants and natural beauty. The client loved the graceful camera sweep from afar, pushing into the hero product amidst the delicate mist. The combination of beautiful natural styling, refined studio lighting, expert camera movements and delicate colour grading blended perfectly to create these stunning films for the global Gingerlily fragrance campaign launch.

We worked closely with the Miller Harris team throughout the entire process, from pre-production meetings to post-production, ensuring a flawless execution and complete client satisfaction.

For Philip Kingsley's Bond Builder campaign, Lux's creative brilliance shines through. The visuals transcend typical haircare imagery, merging minimalistic elegance with inventive flair. Our seasoned team, using advanced CGI combined with photography, not only showcased the sleek design of the haircare range but also illuminated the products' transformative essence.

In our latest collaboration with ELEMIS, we worked on the Pro-Collagen Glow Boost Exfoliator launch campaign, producing a series of stunning product and texture videos and stills for their website and social media adverts.

Together with styling expert Olivia Clifford, we designed a beautiful set that showcased the product's natural texture and features. Our team's attention to detail and expertise in lighting and photography helped us to create stills and videos that truly captured the essence of the product and its benefits.

Our team worked closely with Alya and the Molton Brown team to bring their vision to life, highlighting the product's meticulous details and showcasing the essence of Ramadan.

The artistry and knowledge necessary to successfully light and shoot products at the highest level is a skill that takes many years of focussed experience to master, and very few products provide more of an exciting challenge to light than the intricate details and textures of drink and glassware. Our beautiful drinkware showcase piece presented here features the iconic Stella Artois 330ml bottle. The shoot presented the perfect opportunity for our team to put their decades of combined lighting experience to the test. Cinematographer Lee Pattison worked hard to ensure that all of the intricate design elements of the bottle were shown-off in the most beautiful way possible. And, far harder to achieve than our talented crew has made it appear; creating the perfect delicate spritzing on the bottle and glass surfaces has effectively transcribed the refreshing taste and sensation of Stella into a visual experience.

Lux Studio London partnered with Molton Brown for a captivating Chinese New Year Campaign. Harnessing the beauty of the festive season, our skilled team crafted a detailed set, drawing inspiration from the classic Chinese fans "Shan". Merging London motifs with a rich red-and-gold palette, we delivered a visually impactful project that embodies the spirit of the celebration.

This is a selection from the most recent shoots. Collaborating with Craft Gin Club's talented art director and stylist, we brought the essence of the drinks to life, all within the confines of our East London Studio.

As the UK’s leading photographic studio for products and cosmetics, Lux has a long-standing partnership with renowned skincare brand Elemis. This time, collaborating with styling expert Olivia Clifford, our team created a stunning set to showcase Elemis’ New Rose Marine Cream in all its glory. Our lighting experts worked meticulously to craft a warm lighting setup, bringing out the cream's true essence. We captured both stills and moving assets for use in in-store displays, websites, and social media channels.

We created these exciting and explosive product images for beauty brand Omorovicza combining high-speed lighting with finely-honed retouching skills.

Shooting liquids and powders and anything fast-moving is a speciality of Lux’s and always good fun to do. We’ve worked with other beauty and cosmetic brands shooting similar high-speed photography campaigns over the years. But this has to be one of our favourites!

To capture the essence of nature, our talented team beautifully lit and styled the shots in the location to bring out the luxurious feel of the products.

These vibrant, atmospheric images were captured for 111 Skin’s beautiful travel collections campaign.

A clever combination of studio photography and library photography expertly blended together by our experienced and talented creative retouching team.

Flourish came to Lux looking for high-quality photography of their full splendid selection of cakes, treats and dishes.

The brief; give Flourish’s craft baking the photography it deserves! To support the launch of their new website, Lux was tasked with photographing their entire range of food and baking. They wanted a natural lighting feel and no fuss contemporary styling that let the food do the talking.

We thoroughly enjoyed this recent project for the team at 111 Skin. A chance to experiment with our high-speed flash setup and a fun challenge for our retouching team to composite the many captures together into these beautiful final images.

Lux has been working with British skincare brand ELEMIS for years, shooting still life imagery and tabletop films for their product campaigns, paid ads, in-store displays as well as their website.

This time our team delivered some stunning visual content for their summer 2023 social media campaign. With our expertise in product photography and videography, we meticulously crafted a warm and calming set, illuminating ELEMIS' products under the perfect light.

Lux has been working with Elemis on a variety of creative campaigns and product packshots for many years.

These images for their Superfood range are some of our recent favourites. Making strong use of refracted lights and soft, gentle hues to form these understated and elegant images.

These iconic images we created for Hotel Chocolat are an excellent example of allowing the product itself to do all the talking.

Lux was recruited by New Zealand based skincare experts Bee-Yu to shoot this unique and creative image to launch their line in the UK.

Lux recently had the privilege of shooting for world-renowned watchmakers, Omega.

The team flew in from Switzerland to shoot with us here in our London studio.

The project was Valentines 2020 and the idea was to create images that both showed off the beauty of the watches and the unique heritage that goes into each piece.

We have another exciting campaign with Omega Watches currently in the pipeline!

One of the UK’s best-known and best-loved chocolate brands, Hotel Chocolat, is a long-term client of Lux’s and commissioned us to work on their 2019 Valentines campaign.

These entirely photographic composites are the result of Lux’s director and head photographer Lee Pattison and the work of our renowned in-house creative retouching team.

These images are being used extensively by Hotel Chocolat on social channels and their website, as well in-store in the run up to Valentines.

Lux has been working with the wonderful team at Delilah since the brand’s launch.

This beautiful shoot was for the launch of their new Intense Day-to-Night Buildable Volumising Mascara.
